Byanjan Mustard Oil is produced in house by using first press technology to crush mustard seeds. This temperature controlled crushing at the factory itself ensures retention of mustard oil̥s natural aroma. The oil is then filtered through a micro filter which removes impurity helping in retaining original taste. There is no artificial flavor added in Byanjan Mustard Oil. The oil has also been tested by SGS laboratory Calcutta for these features and duly certified.
